How to read it
- Find the bride's star in the left column and the groom's star along the top. The number is how many poruthams match fully, out of 12. A range such as 5–7 means the answer depends on the pada (and so the rasi) of the stars.
- The colour is the grade AstroRealm gives: Uttamam when Rajju, Varna, Nadi, Rasi, Rasyadhipathi and Stree Deergha all match; Madhyamam when at least Rajju matches; Rejected when Nadi (without an exception) or Vedha fails.
- The count alone can mislead: a pair with 8 matches but the same rajju is still graded lower than a pair with 6 that passes the key checks. See the 10 poruthams explained.
- The table is not symmetric, because several checks count from the bride's star to the groom's.
Matching here uses the birth stars only, with the rules AstroRealm applies (strict view: partial matches not counted). A full match also depends on the rasi and pada, which come from the exact birth time — check the full matching with both birth details, and consult an astrologer before deciding.
